Get Connected
Community groups are the best way to get connected. They are small groups of people who meet together on a weekly basis to study the Bible together and live life together. To make the groups accessible to those who live on campus, they are located in the dorms. You don’t have to live in the dorms to go to the group located there!

Other Ways to Get Connected
Whether you’re a social butterfly or prefer to be behind the scenes, there is a place for you to serve! Here are some opportunities for you to have a chance to get in on the action of transforming the campus of NIU with the power of the gospel.
Prayer
Gettin’ stuff done by going to the one who’s ultimately in charge of everything anyways. This is not your grandmother’s prayer meeting!

Outreach Team
Because we’re not called to sit around waiting for others to come to us, we’re called to MAKE EVERY EFFORT to share Jesus with those who don’t yet know him. We want to be a movement that is engaging the campus through various means in order to introduce people to God through a personal relationship with Jesus.

Reaching out to others through planning parties and service events that we can use as a bridge to introduce others to Christian community and build relationships with people who might not normally come to CruLive!

Spend hours editing a video or song to get it perfect? Publisher professional? Thrive on setting up the sound system so well no one knows you’re even running it? This team is for you! We’re especially in need of people who are passionate about putting together videos showing what God has done to be shown at our weekly CruLive! meeting!
